I bought this as a lip balm alternative. It's great for applying to lips and hands during winter when my skin gets dry. Being a natural oil, it's safe to ingest and versatile for multiple uses, which I really appreciate. There's not really anything disappointing about it. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the only minor inconvenience is having to scoop it out to use. Other than that, no complaints. Pro tip: If you put it in the freezer for an hour, the lid opens right away when you try to use it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2020
Here's my review of the coconut oil. My skin became extremely dry in winter, so I quickly researched and found that coconut oil has high skin compatibility and is best for hydration. I bought it and tried it, and it definitely works! Even when applied richly, it absorbs quite well and didn't cause any blemishes. It also provided excellent hydration and made my skin incredibly soft. I've been using jojoba oil for a few days now, but I think coconut oil is better for hydration. It's quite inconvenient that you have to scoop it out of the container with a spatula or spoon. I bought it because I heard it was good, but if I try a product in a bottle and the effects are similar, I probably won't repurchase this. I applied it generously with a spatula as the last step of my shower routine. - bo*****Dry SkinRecommendedMar 27, 2020
My skin feels soft and nice after cleansing. There's hardly any tightness after washing my face. My elementary school child won't use it because they say it smells strange. I think it's because they're not used to the coconut scent. It lathers up well, which is great.
