The moisturizing formula and beautiful colors are appealing. I think I understand why they say 'Ah-teh, Ah-teh' (Hwahae, Hwahae).

This is more for moisturization than color payoff. As it is not focused on pigmentation, please keep that in mind.

If you want a lip balm with natural-looking color payoff, I recommend considering #1 or #4. #4 applies well on both cool and warm-toned skin.

As seen in the reviews, the issue is not so much the white color as the fact that the lid material itself is prone to staining.
The color payoff and longevity are ⬇️, with significant transfer.

It's a good product, but more people seem to be unaware of it...
The formula is a trinity of lip balm, lip gloss, and lipstick.
It may feel a bit sticky in the summer, but I used it in the winter and was very satisfied with it.
The subtle color payoff is not too overpowering, with a slightly unripe cherry-like hue.
The magnetic closing lid cover is great!

Being a lip balm, there is some transfer, but it is much less compared to other moisturizing lipsticks and lip balms.

I use it frequently as it is moisturizing yet not greasy, and the color payoff is great.

I use it on my lips and sometimes dab a bit on my cheeks as well.

There's not really any downside yet - the ribbon has gotten a bit frayed from continued use, but that's about it.

The price... is a bit expensive for a lip balm. I like it so much, but having to keep buying it every time I finish it can be burdensome.

• Simple and stylish design. Isn't the lip balm so pretty? There's a magnet-like thing in the part where you pull it out, so when you put it in, it makes a 'click' sound. 👍👍

• A product that tackles both moisture and color. The color is beautiful, and the moisturizing power is as good as other colorless lip balms.

• The color payoff is not too strong or too light, which is great. It may look a bit dark on the surface, but it becomes lighter when it's on your lips, so you don't need to worry about that.

The photo below shows the regular colorless lip balm (Bioderma) and this Aesthe Authentic lip balm applied side by side. Since my lips are quite pale, I tried it, and the natural-looking color is so nice! You can clearly see the difference just from the photos!

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some transfer is inevitable due to the formula. But since it's not a matte color, I didn't have high expectations in that regard, and it's not a major flaw by any means.

The color payoff is vibrant and the slightly soft formula provides great glide. Most importantly, while I've tried other color lip balms, the Aestura one is unmatched in terms of both moisturizing power and color payoff. The case design is also pretty, and the magnetic closure ensures that the lip balm doesn't get jostled around in my purse and cause the stick to extend out or the cap to come off - a huge design plus that gives me peace of mind. Compared to department store brands (Hera, Chanel, Dior) or other new vegan brands, the Aestura lip balm is the most hydrating and does the best job of smoothing over lip flakes.
