Pros

This product is something I'm using with great satisfaction as a birthday gift! The case itself was a great differentiator from other lip products. It had a magnetic, snap-on closure and a loop at the end of the lipstick for tying a ribbon, which was a nice touch. While the case was nice, the best part for me was that it's a vegan product. It's free of animal testing and animal-derived ingredients, and has the French vegan certification. Using plant-based ingredients made me feel even better about the product. The formula wasn't too thin or too thick - it applied lightly and moisturized my lips nicely. I'm using the shade 8, Rusty, which is a toned-down brick red. At first I was worried the color was too intense, but once applied, it looked bright and transparent on my lips. It wasn't overbearing, even when worn without other makeup. The color lasted a good while and didn't get overly shiny.

Cons

This product may be better suited for those looking for a colored lip balm to replace lipstick, rather than those seeking typical lip balm benefits like moisture and exfoliation. Compared to the Dior Glow Lip Balm, the hydration is a bit less, but the price, ingredients, and color payoff are still quite satisfactory.

Pros

I really like the 4th Brave color that I received as a gift - it's not too dark and has a nice, clear red shade. The design is also unique and it's convenient that it attaches with a magnet. As a lip balm, it's nicely moisturizing. It's not overly heavy or sticky, which I appreciate.

Cons

The price is a bit on the higher side, but there aren't really any major downsides.

Tip

It's best to apply this before using other lip products. Gently blot with a tissue and then apply a deeper color to the inner part of the lips.

Pros

I received it as a gift for being pregnant! The application is really good - even when applied to a bare face, it gives a healthy glow!

Cons

If you don't really think of it as a cosmetic, there's nothing disappointing about it! If you're considering a bold red lip, then no no no, that's not for me.

Tip

Apply it once and then layer it on!

Pros

I received this Atte lip balm as a gift and have been using it. First of all, the design is very much to my liking and I really like it. This lip balm has a slight tint of color, so just applying one layer gives a radiant look. It applies smoothly and moisturizes well, the ingredients are good, and since it's a vegan product, I like it even more.

Cons

The price point is a bit high, so it does feel slightly burdensome.
