There's hardly any emphasis on dead skin cells, and it absorbs beautifully. I was very satisfied with the color as well. It's great for adding a subtle accent to the inner lips, and even when applied as a full lip, it's not overwhelming at all! The packaging is also absolutely gorgeous. The staying power was definitely disappointing compared to tints. If you apply this product after neutralizing your lip color (with cushion or foundation), it tends to have a pinkish tint. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 14, 2021
Perfect shade for Summer Cool Light skin tones Applies moisturizing with a semi-matte finish Glides on smoothly Fades unevenly from the inner lips after eating, settling into lip lines Tends to separate and clump While removing lip oils before application might reduce clumping, the uneven fading makes me hesitant to use this lipstick - sa******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2020
The color is absolutely gorgeous when applied, totally my style! It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much either. The shade is an indescribable mix of pink and brown. Anyway, I fell in love with it at Sephora and just had to buy it... hehe! The staying power could be better, unfortunately. But the color is so pretty that I just keep reapplying it diligently. - se*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2020
First off, the case is really pretty. I love that the lid doesn't pop off or break if you drop it. The color is perfect when applied to lips with a natural flush - it's not an overly rustic pink or too brick-like, but a beautiful dried rose shade that I prefer, so I used it often. It leaves a slight stain and is more matte than a regular lipstick, so the staying power is great. When applied to lips without natural color or over foundation, it can look like a very unflattering pink shade... There's a bit of a tacky feeling, so it's more comfortable to use after exfoliating dead skin cells from your lips. The pigmentation is quite good even with a small amount, so instead of swiping it on, try gently patting it for a prettier color payoff.
