I was so curious that I saved up my points to buy this. While I absolutely detest fragrances that smell like cosmetics (such as YSL perfumes), this one has a hint of that scent, so it's not quite my cup of tea. It reminds me of Anna Sui's perfume line, with a composition of about 80% single note, 5% fresh scent, 10% cosmetic fragrance, and 5% floral notes. The longevity is mediocre at best. It doesn't even last half a day, disappearing after just a few hours. There's this inexplicable, heavy cosmetic scent that lingers. I think I'll stick to my usual perfume. On the bright side, the bottle design is quite pretty (thankfully I didn't buy the 50ml size). - ha********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedApr 10, 2022
The fragrances I typically enjoy are Lanvin Jeanne, Diptyque Do Son, Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste, Byredo La Tulipe, Jennifer Lopez Glow by J.Lo, Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet, and Lancôme Miracle Blossom. You can probably guess my taste just from this list! I love quintessentially feminine floral scents, fresh and sweet aromas, or clean soapy fragrances. Having several similar perfumes, I found myself feeling like they all smelled the same and nothing really excited me anymore. But when I went perfume testing with a friend, I fell in love with this one and bought it as soon as I got my paycheck! First off, Boucheron is more famous for jewelry than perfumes, so I haven't actually met anyone else wearing this scent yet! While popular fragrances are nice, this feels like a rare gem that only I know about. The design is inspired by Boucheron's Quatre ring... Instead of a typical spray bottle, you twist the sides to release the fragrance! It looks absolutely stunning on display. Top notes: Green tangerine essence, pink pepper, red currant Middle notes: Jasmine, Bulgarian rose, heliotrope Base notes: Luminous wood, cashmeran, crystalline, musk As for the scent, which is the most important part, it's similar to Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet or Lanvin Jeanne among the perfumes I own! It's not just a subtle fragrance; to me, it has a bit of a kick. But it's not a citrusy freshness... And I love that it's not heavy or headache-inducing! Think of it as a light fruity-floral scent, but while Blooming Bouquet or Lanvin Jeanne might suit early 20s, this feels more womanly? More daring and vivacious! When first applied, it's not warm and cozy, but the lingering scent is amazing... It becomes comforting when mixed with your skin's natural scent, and the longevity is quite good - you can smell it throughout the day (though it does fade). I'm used to very sweet perfumes so I didn't find it particularly sweet, but my boyfriend said it was. He was surprised I bought it, saying he once liked this perfume on another woman... It does have a candy-like sweetness to it! Because of the twisting spray mechanism, it seems to settle or malfunction a bit after long-term use. It still works fine for application though. Also, it's not as widely available as in stores like Olive Young, and it's on the pricier side! But I would definitely repurchase it. I think I bought it from an online store called Coex Perfume. They included hand cream, body cream, and a rollerball, plus the packaging was beautiful, which made me really happy! - ew******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessMay 5, 2021
It has a soft and subtle floral scent. I appreciate that the floral fragrance isn't overpowering, which can often lead to headaches. The scent isn't particularly light, making it more suitable for winter wear, especially when paired with a coat, rather than for summer use. The bottle's unique ring-shaped cap adds a distinctive and attractive touch to its design. I've never experienced any blemishes from using perfume, so I don't have any particular complaints about this one.
