I felt an immediate improvement in my hair texture as soon as I started using this product. Even though I regularly use conditioner, this honestly seems to make my hair softer than conditioner does. The scent is lovely too. While it doesn't lather much initially, I found that if you wet it thoroughly, it produces a good amount of foam. It's just amazing! The granules can be a bit noticeable, but it's not really bothersome. I bought this for exfoliating my oily scalp. The gentle granules provide a nice massage. It cleanses thoroughly without irritating the scalp. There's hardly any scent, and my hair feels soft even without conditioner. There's not much to complain about. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the price. It's great to use this occasionally when your scalp gets oily. Being a scrub, it cleanses more effectively than regular shampoo. Due to the granules, you need to rinse more thoroughly compared to regular shampoo. Some people might find the granules uncomfortable, though I personally don't mind them. I don't use it daily, just occasionally. Apply it directly to your scalp. The tiny granules provide excellent exfoliation, and it rinses off easily with water! After shampooing, my hair feels stiff, and it doesn't seem to relieve scalp itching at all. Also, the granules dissolve so quickly that they disappear before I can scrub my entire scalp.

The scent was fairly pleasant, and I felt refreshed after washing my hair. Despite scrubbing thoroughly for a long time, possibly due to the granules, it seemed to leave residue on my scalp, causing blemishes and scabs. I bought this because I felt my scalp needed some care too! It lathers up nicely and feels incredibly refreshing! The scrub particles don't rinse out easily, so you need to be careful when using it and pay extra attention to rinsing thoroughly.
