The subtle shimmer and non-sticky gloss formula make it beautiful. When applied over dead skin cells, it has a soothing effect, allowing for a smooth appearance. When I apply this alone, my lips feel a burning or tingling sensation. Is that why it was discontinued? I only use it when absolutely necessary, worried it might have negative effects.

When applied, it smooths out lip wrinkles and conceals dead skin cells, allowing you to wear matte lipstick even when your lips aren't in the best condition. However, it's important to note that it has almost no color. It's best used as a lip coating to prep for lipstick application. When applying over lipstick, you can't use the applicator brush. You'll need to pat it on with your finger or use a lip brush instead. Also, when layered over lipstick, it weakens the staying power of your base lip color, leading to more transfer.
