  Pros

  The price, quantity, and scent were all quite satisfactory. Being low pH, it left my skin feeling more hydrated after washing compared to other cleansing foams. The price is very reasonable compared to other options. The generous amount makes it great value for money. Personally, I detected a subtle lemon-like fragrance. Compared to other low pH cleansing foams, it didn't fall short in cleansing effectiveness or removing sebum and impurities.

  Cons

  I deducted one star because the foam wasn't as rich and creamy as I prefer. However, this isn't a major drawback. One thing to note is that it seemed to get into my eyes easily if I opened them while washing.

  Tip

  In my experience, low pH cleansers can be slightly less effective at removing sebum and impurities. However, double cleansing seems to solve this issue, so I recommend cleansing twice.

  Pros

  Among the products I've purchased and used, this is the most satisfying low pH cleansing foam so far! I use it for my second cleanse after oil cleansing when I wear makeup, and alone in the morning. While it doesn't create an abundance of foam, it cleanses effectively and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I used to struggle with deep dryness, but after switching to low pH foam cleansers and skincare, my complexion has brightened, dryness has disappeared, and even the dead skin cells that used to appear during seasonal changes are gone. I'm sticking to low pH foam cleansers consistently now.

  Cons

  Initially, you need to squeeze the tube quite hard to get the product out. As for the scent, there was a slight chemical smell at first, but I quickly got used to it. Even though I'm not a fan of artificial or strong fragrances, I found this one tolerable.

  The Hwahae Testers here! I've been using this for about two weeks now, just in time for the review deadline. First off, I love the refreshing lemon scent that hits you when you use it! The texture is creamy, similar to Neutrogena's foam cleanser. I always use mineral sunscreen, so I do oil cleansing, and this works perfectly as a second cleanser afterward. Also, the tube packaging makes it great for travel - no worries about it leaking! It feels very gentle on the skin. I didn't experience any breakouts, and while my skin doesn't usually get red easily, it's worth noting that it's winter now and I'm prone to eczema. However, using this actually reduced my eczema flare-ups. It made me realize that a cleanser with good ingredients and gentle formulation might be better than a strong one.

  Cons

  The downside is that being slightly acidic, its cleansing power is just average. I didn't feel like it deeply cleansed my pores. You can use more product to compensate, but the base is so mild that while it's highly recommended for those with sensitive skin, people like me with oily skin but no particular acne issues might prefer something more powerful.

  Tip

  For a pro tip, as I mentioned earlier, it's perfect as a second cleanser after using an oil cleanser. And since its cleansing power is a bit weak, don't be shy about using plenty! As you can see in the photo, even with that amount, it creates light, airy foam rather than thick lather. That's all from me!

  Here's my review as a Hwahae Tester after using it for two weeks! First off, the cleansing effectiveness was absolutely outstanding! I typically wear light makeup - just a bit of concealer, eyeshadow, and tint - and this cleansing foam removed most of it effortlessly! What impressed me most was that despite expecting my skin to feel tight afterwards, it left my face incredibly hydrated. There were no issues with blemishes, and I think because it's slightly acidic, it didn't cause any irritation to my skin. Oh, and the packaging is just gorgeous! The pastel blue color kept catching my eye!

  Cons

  The scent wasn't really to my liking. It had a strong lemon-like fragrance that I found a bit overwhelming. Also, it didn't lather up very well. It did produce some foam, but it was kind of mediocre. Other than these points, I was completely satisfied!

  Tip

  Since it didn't lather well on its own, I used a bubble maker to create a richer foam! I've heard it's better to cleanse with lots of foam to minimize irritation. The photo shows the foam created using the bubble maker.

  I have combination skin prone to blemishes. I generally prefer low pH cleansers. 1. Lathers well: Most low pH cleansers are gel-type and don't foam much, but this product is a foam type that lathers nicely. So among low pH cleansers, it seems to have good cleansing effectiveness. 2. Lemon scent: While this might be a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance, I found it refreshing every time I washed my face. 3. Non-drying finish: Perhaps due to the oil in its ingredients, it doesn't leave my skin feeling squeaky clean or slippery, but rather wraps it in a gentle moisturizing layer. I tried this for a review event, and I'm considering repurchasing once I finish it.

  Cons

  I can't really think of any downsides, but during hot summer-like weather, the moisturizing finish might feel a bit heavy.

  A fingertip-sized amount is enough to create plenty of lather!

  Pros

  Unlike other foam cleansers that often leave residue when I wipe with toner after washing, this one doesn't do that at all! I guess that means its cleansing effectiveness is exceptional, right? This is what I love most about it! No need for double cleansing!!! Also, my skin has been getting quite dry lately, with deep dryness and dead skin cells appearing. I've been really focusing on hydration, but with this cleanser, there's absolutely no tightness after washing. You know how your skin gets super dry if you don't apply skincare right after washing? Well, this doesn't do that, even though it's mildly acidic! I was amazed. I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of The Hwahae Testers, but I think I'll keep buying this even after I finish this one!

  Cons

  When it comes to skincare, fragrance is really important to me. Unscented products don't give me that 'applying something' feeling, you know? But then again, if the scent is too strong, it's not great either. This one has quite a strong lemon scent!

  Tip

  You need to control your strength when squeezing it out! I thought it was just me being too strong, but after reading other reviews, I saw others had the same issue. If you squeeze too hard thinking nothing's coming out, it suddenly gushes out, so be careful!

  Quick review: Excellent cleansing power / No tightness after washing / No blemishes My skin type: Sensitive / Acne-prone / Dehydrated oily skin. I only use low pH foam cleansers due to my blemish-prone skin. While most low pH foam cleansers are gel-type, this product has a traditional foam cleanser texture. Perhaps because of this, it definitely has better cleansing power than gel-type foam cleansers! It creates fluffy foam even without a foam net. (The photo doesn't show it well as I was making foam with one hand.) Usually, I need to cleanse 2-3 times in the evening to remove makeup, but with this product, I can finish with just one cleanse, which is less irritating to my skin. What's surprising is that usually when you use products marketed as 'deep cleansing foams', your skin feels tight after washing, right? But with this product, there's no tightness after cleansing, and it's gentle. My skin feels comfortable. I once used the wrong acne-specific foam cleanser and ended up spending a fortune at the dermatologist. So I'm very picky and cautious when choosing foam cleansers, but I'm very satisfied with this product as it has gentle ingredients and allows for deep cleansing. Especially, I didn't get any new blemishes after using it!! (I'm touched) I was lucky to be chosen as a Hwahae Tester to try this. When I finish this, I plan to purchase it again with my own money.

  Cons

  The volume seems a bit less compared to other foam cleansers? Feels like there's a lot of empty space in the tube? I got used to the fresh lemon scent after a while.

  Tip

  It lathers well even with a small amount. Coincidentally, the tube squeezed out more than expected.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers:) My impressions after using it for 2 days due to circumstances. 1. Cleansing effectiveness Since I used it as a second cleanser after using cleansing oil or balm, it's hard to judge its cleansing power alone. However, it felt like it thoroughly removed any remaining residue from the first cleanse. It might not be suitable for those who prefer a lot of foam. You need to use quite a bit of product to get a rich lather. Also, I felt it might be too harsh to use for both first and second cleansing, so I'd be hesitant to use this product alone. 2. Hydration I have combination dehydrated skin, so my face usually feels tight after washing and patting dry. This cleanser seemed to control oil very well... perhaps too well, as my skin felt extremely tight afterwards. Personally, I don't mind this feeling as I prefer my skin to feel thoroughly cleansed. 3. Scent The fragrance is somewhere between lemon and mint. It's quite strong, and as others have mentioned, it's likely to be a love-it-or-hate-it situation.

  Cons

  The product itself feels as intense as its strong scent. I don't think it would be suitable for those with a lot of blemishes. I'm prone to breakouts, and it stung a bit on areas with active blemishes. Also, when I first used it, I struggled to get the product out of the tube. It was quite difficult to squeeze out initially. I'm not sure if it gets easier to use over time or if you have to keep struggling with it like this.

  Here's a review from one of The Hwahae Testers! This is my first detailed review, so it might be a bit clumsy, but I hope it's helpful :-) 1. No tightness after cleansing I really dislike that tight feeling after washing my face, so I usually rush to apply emulsion. Surprisingly, this product didn't leave my skin feeling tight at all! It's like it leaves your skin feeling hydrated...? 2. Excellent cleansing effectiveness I tested its cleansing power on various cosmetics applied to the back of my hand, and it removed them well! For mascara and eyeliner, I did have to rub a bit more, so I'd recommend double cleansing if you're wearing makeup. 3. Dead skin cell care I was excited to try this cleansing foam because it claims to care for dead skin cells, and it really does seem to gently exfoliate! After cleansing, my skin feels soft and refined.

  Cons

  1. Doesn't lather much As expected from a low pH cleansing foam, it doesn't produce rich lather. However, it actually foams up much better than other low pH cleansing foams I've tried! So it's hard to even call this a downside, haha. 2. I was surprised when it didn't come out easily the first time I used it

  It's great for morning use, and also works well as a second cleanser when removing makeup!
