It has an herbal scent that's almost identical to traditional Korean Ssanghwa-tang. The glass bottle makes it heavy, and the product doesn't dispense easily. I'm being extra careful not to drop it in the bathroom.

The consistency is right in between a rich toner and a watery one. It applies with a nourishing feel, but absorbs well into the skin quickly. After a short while, your face feels dry without any stickiness. When I use the Baek-Ah-Yul toner, I notice that the serum I apply afterwards seems to absorb even faster.
