If I had to choose just one pomade, this would be it. It's top-notch in so many ways. The scent might be hit or miss for some people. Not recommended for those who aren't fans of high shine. - wl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 5, 2023
The application, setting power, staying power, and cleansing effectiveness are all excellent. While I haven't tried many water-based pomades, this one seems to be the best. I haven't used it for long, so I'm not entirely sure, but I can't find any serious issues with it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2021
The scent is lovely. It absorbs well and sets nicely. Seems like a good purchase. Since I tend to use a lot of pomade, the price can be a bit of a burden. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 31, 2020
The subtle cola scent is nice, and it applies well. The best part is how easily it washes out! It's a classic pomade with a glossy finish, styling your hair by clumping strands together. Perfect for those with short hair or anyone looking for a proper set! They claim it's made with ingredients that are good for your hair, and I haven't experienced any issues or breakouts. This product isn't suitable for those wanting a light, natural styling effect! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2020
The application is smooth, and above all, its setting power is incomparable The scent isn't the best, but it's still usable. The price, though... - so*****Combination SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2020
The scent is luxurious, it sets perfectly, and its cleansing effectiveness is excellent. Made in the USA. The price is the only drawback. Apart from that, it's perfect! - kd****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2020
I'm completely satisfied with how it absorbs, sets, cleanses, and gives a glow. Plus, if you buy it directly from overseas, the price is quite reasonable. The scent might be hit or miss for some people, so I recommend considering that before making a purchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2019
First off, it's not sticky at all. The scent is a masculine fragrance with hints of cola. It's perfect for those just getting into pomades. The price and availability are issues. I wish it was easier to purchase. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 1, 2019
I use this too and the scent is absolutely divine. It's hard to describe, but I find myself wishing I could find a perfume with this exact fragrance. The packaging is also quite stylish. As for its performance as a pomade, I'd say it could probably last a few days if you don't wash your hair. There aren't any real downsides. The only minor inconvenience might be that it's not sold at nearby stores like Olive Young. - gh******Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 7, 2019
The application is... just okay. But it washes out incredibly well. Once it sets, the hold is super strong - keeps your hair in place all day without falling. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, with the tin and wrapping being really eye-catching. The detail of the anvil drawn under the pomade name is a brilliant touch. The scent lingers even after showering, continuously wafting from your hair. It lasts for about 8 hours, persisting even after two shampoos... The application isn't particularly smooth. Once it sets, it's difficult to restyle. The hold might be excessively strong for those who like to restyle frequently. The fragrance is dark and overly masculine, reminiscent of a mix of forest air freshener, cinnamon, and chemical notes - likely to be polarizing. It overpowers any cologne you might wear. After a month of use, I'm lowering my rating from 3 to 2 points. The scent is reminiscent of cola mixed with herbal medicine and industrial alcohol. If you're sensitive to fragrances, definitely give it a sniff at the barbershop before purchasing.
