It feels moisturizing while definitely giving a pink tone-up effect. This seems perfect for those in a rush or who prefer a quick skincare routine - you can use it as both a basic skincare step and a makeup base in one go.

However, the reason I recommend this powder is:
The case, inside and out, is so pretty.
If you prep the base primer well, it can hold up to a certain degree
For an affordable base primer, I recommend Innisfree (Skin Setting Tone Balancing Base)
For a more premium option, I recommend Guerlain (L'Or Radiance Base).
