It's moisturizing and the pink tone seems to really come through. This could be a good option for those who are in a hurry or tend to apply their skincare products hastily, as it can serve as both a skincare base and a makeup base.

However, the reason I recommend this powder is:
The case, inside and out, is so pretty.
If you prep the base primer well, it can hold up to a certain degree
For an affordable base primer, I recommend Innisfree (Skin Setting Tone Balancing Base)
For a more premium option, I recommend Guerlain (L'Or Radiance Base).
