I used to get oily and shiny every time I applied sunscreen, but with this product, I absorb the sunscreen, blot with an oil blotting sheet, and then apply this. It gives my skin a beautiful blurred effect! I love that it also has sun protection, providing a double defense. I thought to myself, if I have a daughter someday, I'd want her to use this too! The sponge is a bit disappointing as it gets dirty easily. I tried using a puff from Daiso that fits, but it doesn't apply the product as well as the original sponge. It's a powder with sun protection properties. I'm around shade 20, and shade 2 worked well for me! They say the pink one is whiter, but I found the beige to be sufficiently brightening too! - 51*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 9, 2022
This is truly amazing... It's like every spot I touch gets an instant blur effect, haha! Those areas that used to get shiny from skincare products? Just a light dab and they're instantly matte. This would be fantastic for those with oily skin to control excess shine! I'm guessing it might not be enough for sun protection on its own, right? You'd probably need to apply your regular sunscreen in the proper amount, and then use this for touch-ups when you're out. But for those with dry skin, that approach might leave you feeling parched! - ha*******Combination SkinDec 12, 2020
The packaging was sturdy, preventing the powder from breaking, and the mirror at the bottom made it convenient to use. Apart from what I mentioned above, everything else was disappointing. When applied to bare skin, it leaves marks unless your skincare is completely dry. Over makeup, it either smudges, enlarges pores, or doesn't apply evenly. It feels like it's just sitting on top of your makeup. The biggest issue is the puff. As you can see in the photo, since it's applied over cream or full makeup, product inevitably sticks to the puff. Once it does, it becomes embedded and sticks to the cushion surface. Trying to clean it by hand or with alcohol wipes damages the cushion surface. This was a major flaw for me. They only provide one extra puff, and with product building up and tearing off the puff surface each use, it quickly became unusable. Convenience was one of the reasons I bought it, but with the puff being such a failure, I'll have to leave this at home and use a brush instead. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 24, 2020
It's quite nice - soft and velvety to the touch. The scent isn't overpowering either. The powder doesn't clump or look cakey, and you can reapply without it feeling heavy on your skin. The puff doesn't pick up the product well and tends to smudge, making it inconvenient to use. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJul 16, 2020
As someone with oily skin, I'm really enjoying this sun powder. The scent is pleasant, it helps even out my complexion, and can even be used as a highlighter. It's also pretty effective for sun protection. The only downside is that the puff gets squished quickly and doesn't pick up the product well after a while. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2020
The high SPF protection is great, and its compact size makes it convenient to carry around Unfortunately, the puff isn't that good. It doesn't apply the product evenly, and the powder ends up caking on it over time - sk****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinNov 22, 2019
This sun powder is perfect for oily skin. The scent isn't overpowering, and overall, it's quite decent. I was initially drawn to its unique design, but if they release a more standard version, I'd consider repurchasing. Using the included puff is problematic. It's small, gets greasy quickly, and transfers oil back to the compact, making the powder surface slick. I ended up removing the original puff and buying smaller ones from Daiso for frequent replacement. When closing the compact, I flip the puff over to avoid the used side touching the powder. To prevent the powder surface from hardening, I rotate the puff while picking up product. The small puff size makes application awkward. While the powder itself isn't bad, the difficulty in use means I won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 24, 2019
While the cushion can have some pilling, it's great for touching up around the eyes after applying makeup, especially when there's excess oil. I love that it's in a convenient powder form. The puff is absolutely terrible. There's plenty of product left, but it won't pick up on the puff. I had to resort to using a brush instead. The old powder compacts were more practical. It offers no coverage at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2019
Being a powder type, it was easy to reapply on-the-go. I felt disappointed that it tended to clump in certain areas. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedAug 29, 2018
This sunscreen is definitely effective at blocking UV rays! It gives my face a soft, radiant look. I'm really satisfied with this product. As I was using it, the part where you twist to close the cap broke. Now the cap won't close, so I have to keep it in a plastic bag when I'm out. It's truly a great product, but you need to be careful with the cap when applying it.
