Generally pleasant. The scent is quite nice, even for someone with sensitive preferences like me. It's not overwhelming. My hair isn't particularly coarse, but it tends to lose hold easily with sweat or moisture. Otherwise, it's good. As someone with fine hair, I found this product's hold to be excellent, and it washed out easily too. It's a solid choice for everyday use. The ingredients list could be better. A great starter pomade. It has decent hold and cleansing effectiveness, with just the right amount of glow. Applies fairly well too. It's a solid, no-frills pomade for beginners - nothing stands out as exceptional, but it's reliable across the board. This one actually suits straight Asian hair better than the original version. Oh, and the scent is absolutely fantastic! People often ask what cologne I'm wearing. It has a masculine cola and cinnamon aroma that's really appealing. It tends to set rather quickly, so you need to style your hair promptly after application. Also, the packaging isn't particularly attractive. No need for additional hairspray! The strong hold really keeps everything in place - trust me on this one!
