I always use toners with cotton pads, and when I soak a pad and wipe my face, it leaves a hydrated finish. The finish is slightly sticky. Personally, I prefer toners that feel clean and non-sticky when wiped off, but this product leaves a slightly tacky feeling, which isn't my preference. I've been using this for a year now. As I have oily skin, I can't use it in summer, but it works great in winter when my skin becomes dry. It's not a watery formula, but despite being a toner, it provides a nice, firm base for my skincare routine. I'm very satisfied with how it works. The main drawback is the small amount you get for the price. If you use it daily, it only lasts about 2 months at most. Personally, I don't use exfoliating toners, as they require using much more product. This was perfect for seasonal changes and winter! It was incredibly moisturizing, but I'm so sad it's been discontinued. I wish they had offered a larger size because I went through it so quickly. I like it! It's sticky in a good way, comes in a generous amount, and the scent is not bad at all. It's drying and not that great. Those with sensitive skin might find it stings.

The runny texture is perfect for when your skin feels dry. It doesn't lack in hydration at all. I'd recommend this to those with dry skin, but it might be a bit heavy as a toner for oily skin types. The fragrance is quite strong. It smells like perfume, which makes me hesitant to use it daily. It absorbs well, and when used together with a cream, it provides a nice, firm hydration. It doesn't seem to cause any irritation to the skin. I didn't experience any blemishes while using it. It's moisturizing and absorbs well. The whole collagen line seems to suit me perfectly! I haven't really noticed any downsides yet, since I've only been using it for a few days.
