I'm using this with my child, as we both have dry skin. We apply it after every shower, and it's non-irritating while keeping our skin moisturized for a long time.

In dry winters, dead skin cells easily form and skin can crack, so hydration is crucial. That's why I mix 1-2 drops of oil into emulsions or creams when applying, and sometimes give a massage too. The key is to do all of this right after showering when the skin is still damp!
