The best advantage is definitely the value for money - 10 shades for just 8900 won (without any discount)! The color payoff isn't bad, and it's versatile enough for both cool and warm skin tones. Highly recommended for makeup beginners or anyone in need of a quick palette solution. These days, even single eyeshadows often cost over 5000 won, right? It might be better to invest in this palette and slowly build your collection with shades you love. There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and the light shade has a grayish undertone, which isn't ideal for highlighting the aegyo-sal (under-eye area). It might actually make you look a bit dull. Also, it's not waterproof, so it washes off completely when exposed to water. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJan 31, 2022
The color combination is fantastic, and the pigmentation is vibrant! No crumbling issues either. There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and the shading color is too dark, making it difficult to use as a contour. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 8, 2021
1. Pigmentation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ True to its international brand status, even the lightest touch delivers incredible color payoff! Rather than a hard-baked formula, it has a creamy texture that applies smoothly. I recommend using your fingers instead of a brush for application! 2. Color Range ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The palette features a perfect blend of coral and brown shades, ideal for everyday use. While it seems particularly suited for deep undertones, the brown shades have a surprisingly cool vibe, making them great for cool-toned individuals too! With a diverse range from champagne to pink, coral, and brown, this versatile palette allows for various combinations, making it a go-to choice. 3. Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ At just $9, it's incredibly affordable! You'd be hard-pressed to find eyeshadows of this quality at such a bargain price anywhere else! 4. As a bonus, Catrice is a cruelty-free brand that doesn't test on animals. 1. The packaging is a bit flimsy. 2. Some users report excess when applying with a brush. I mostly use my fingers, so I haven't experienced this issue. Using your fingers for application works best! The first and second shades are particularly perfect for highlighting the aegyo sal (under-eye area)! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAug 17, 2021
I'm not sure about the other colors, but the pearl shades are truly gorgeous There's quite a bit of excess powder fallout, so I don't reach for it much... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 2, 2021
The value for money is truly... incredible! Don't you think? It's even better with the added bonus of shading and highlighter included. That's definitely a plus in my book! Personally, I find the excess powder a bit much... But it's not to the point of being uncomfortable. Also, there's no mirror attached, so you'll need to prepare a separate one. Don't go overboard with it! I strongly recommend using it for contouring. Just use a tiny bit of the shimmer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2021
The color combination is great. All the essential shades. It's perfect for daily use, especially for those who struggle with color combinations or eyeshadow beginners. As someone with monolids, I usually just do a winged eyeliner and lightly apply shadow for a subtle contour effect. This palette has just the right colors for that. With this, you probably won't need any other eyeshadows! I use eyeshadow every day, and my previous one had terrible excess fallout, making it really difficult to use. After applying, there was always powder under my eyes that would smudge when I tried to wipe it off. This one is much better in that regard. However, while it's less, there's still some fallout. It's definitely noticeable when using a brush, but almost non-existent when applied with fingers. I bought it on Coupang for around 8,000 won. I was actually considering Amuse, but it was a bit pricey, so I tried this instead. Honestly, for this price range, it's an absolute steal! The fallout is still an issue. The lack of a mirror is somewhat inconvenient. The powder isn't particularly fine. If you must use a brush, gently tap it or blow on it once to reduce fallout. Also, placing a cotton pad under your eyes while applying can help. If you really can't stand any fallout, applying with your fingers is the best method. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2021
It's pretty basic but seems to have all the essentials. I've been using it for about a year now and I'm quite satisfied with it. There's a lot of excess powder fallout, and the color payoff isn't particularly impressive. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2021
First off, I loved the color combination. Plus, it's incredibly affordable. The pigmentation is also really pretty when applied. There was a bit of excess powder fallout, and it's composed entirely of shimmery eyeshadows, which made it a bit overwhelming for a natural makeup look. This palette would be great for creating bold, glamorous looks inspired by international beauty trends. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 19, 2021
As someone who owns at least one palette from each of Catrice's series... This one's pretty good. I love Catrice because their prices are affordable, the quality exceeds the cost, and they don't do animal testing. I often do smoky eyes and bold foreign-style makeup, and while I've tried high-end department store palettes, this one offers similar color payoff and diverse shade range at this price point, which is really... Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's good... There's definitely more excess powder fallout compared to department store brand palettes... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 12, 2021
Amazing value for money! I snagged this for under $10 on a popular online marketplace. The color payoff is fantastic, and I've heard that many makeup artists swear by this palette. The shades are versatile and wearable too, which is a big plus! There's a bit of excess powder fallout... But aside from that, it's pretty good!
