Since I don't usually go for heavy eye makeup, I've come to prefer palette types. Even when choosing a palette, if it has 6-8 colors, there's always at least one shade that goes unused. However, with the Catrice eyeshadow palette, which is made in Italy and boasts high quality with its 9-shade composition, even my amateur skills are transformed into those of a pro. From pigmentation to application, I'm absolutely loving this Catrice eyeshadow palette - it's a true work of art for the eyes! It tends to fade away easily... The staying power isn't great, but the color range is truly beautiful. I've used it all up now, but it's definitely a product I'd consider repurchasing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 26, 2022
This is my first eyeshadow palette and the one I've been using the longest. I'll give an honest review based on my extended use! First off, I highly recommend this product for those with monolids or anyone who prefers a subtle, everyday makeup look. Color Combination: As someone with monolids, I find it a bit awkward to apply eyeshadow too noticeably. I was looking for a versatile combination when I stumbled upon this at a cosmetics store - maybe it was Olive Young? The color palette isn't overwhelming at all, which is why I chose it. I was initially hesitant about pink shades, but except for the third color, there are no overly bright pinks, making it very wearable. The third shadow looks absolutely gorgeous when used as a point color on the aegyo sal (under-eye fat)! Shimmer and Matte Mix: I used to avoid shimmer shadows for daily wear, thinking they'd be too flashy. However, this palette features subtle shimmers that add just the right amount of sparkle without being overpowering. They look beautiful when applied to the center of the eyelid or the aegyo sal for a touch of radiance. Value for Money: Eyeshadows tend to run out quickly with frequent use, and there are so many pretty options out there that it's tempting to buy them all. However, the price can be a deterrent. This product offers great value - it's reasonably priced, and I've been using it for a year now. The amount barely seems to decrease (though that might be because I don't wear makeup often). With seven shades to choose from, you can rotate colors daily, which helps the product last even longer. It's almost frustrating how long it lasts when you want to try something new! The long-lasting nature of this product could be seen as a downside... it just doesn't seem to run out! While I'm tempted to buy something new, I'll probably stick with this versatile, cost-effective option until I've used it up completely. I recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable, everyday palette. However, if you prefer bold eye looks or want to make a statement with your eye makeup, you might want to opt for a palette with more intense shimmer shadows or larger glitter particles. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 11, 2021
I loved that it has shimmers, glitters, and matte shades all in one. It's versatile enough to use as an eyeliner and for brows too. Really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, the case broke on me. Apart from that, everything else was great! - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 13, 2021
This palette is perfect for warm-toned skin, offering a fresh and sophisticated daily makeup look without being overwhelming. The star of the show is the deepest coral shade, and the beauty of this palette is that no matter how many layers you apply, it never becomes too intense. The coral shade is particularly outstanding. Whether used as a blush or eyeshadow, it brings an abundance of vitality and freshness. Even when applied as a blush on bare skin, it instantly revitalizes your entire face. The brown shades complement the coral, and without them, the look would be incomplete. The shimmery shades serve as excellent finishing touches, making this palette the best for seamless blending among all the palettes I've tried. This feature is crucial in achieving a high-end makeup look. While I also use Catrice Pro palettes, the quality of this nude palette is superior. Other palettes don't blend as effortlessly. One of the brown shades is perfect for contouring, making this palette an all-in-one solution for highlighter, blush, and more. If you have cool-toned skin, steer clear of this palette. It won't suit you. If you insist on using it, you'll need to apply the coral and brown shades separately, which results in a flat look. As someone with cool-toned skin, I tried my best to make this palette work because the colors and quality are so impressive. But even if Jung Saem Mool herself tried, it just doesn't work for cool tones. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinFeb 12, 2021
First off, the price is incredibly reasonable and great. You might think 'what can you expect at this price?', but don't be fooled - the quality is absolutely not compromised despite the low cost. The pigmentation is fantastic. Perhaps because it's a foreign brand, the colors are bold and assertive, which I absolutely love. The color combinations are stunning. From cool-toned to warm-toned palettes, each one has a beautiful array of shades. The harmony within each palette is truly gorgeous. It's such a versatile product - you can use it as a highlighter, for contouring, or even as an eyeliner. The range of colors makes it incredibly practical. Honestly, this quality at this price point? It's almost unbelievable! The staying power could be better. Rather than adhering closely to the eyelids, it tends to sit slightly on top of the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 27, 2020
The glitter is beautiful and some shades are great for contouring. The color combinations are also lovely. There's some excess powder fallout and it doesn't seem to blend well. I'd recommend using your fingers rather than a brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 24, 2020
Price: Snagged it for just 8100 won with a discount and a lip gloss thrown in! Color: The color combinations are absolutely stunning. I usually avoid Catrice palettes due to some odd shades, but this one has no overlaps and every color is highly usable. Composition: You can do eyes, cheeks, and highlighting with this! It's so versatile. Case: The only downside is that the case printing tends to peel off. Other than that, it's perfect! The contouring shade is a bit too red and dark for my taste. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 22, 2020
This eyeshadow palette offers great value for money! I love that it combines colors perfect for everyday wear. The pigmentation is excellent, and the shades are beautiful. There's a bit of excess powder fallout... but that's really the only issue I can think of! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 7, 2020
This is my first eyeshadow palette! I'm thrilled with everything about it. While I usually dislike shimmer, the pearl particles in this palette are so fine and not chunky at all, which I love! Still, I think the matte shades are even prettier. Shades 6 and 7 are especially gorgeous. The colors are not too red and have a subtle, beautiful tone. The case wears out really quickly. Even when left untouched, the lettering on the outside peels off. The lid of the case is also quite fragile. Mine hasn't broken yet, but my friend's did. That's a bit disappointing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 13, 2020
I was immediately impressed by the incredible color payoff. As you can see in the photo, I swatched the second eyeshadow twice on my arm with just one swipe. The highlighters and shimmery eyeshadows have a fine texture and beautiful colors that I really love. It does clump a bit. I'm not sure if it's because I applied it with my fingers, but it tends to clump slightly. When applying to your eyes, using a brush might work better than using your fingers. However, if you blend gently, the clumped areas will smooth out, so keep that in mind. For 9000 won, I think the quality is not bad at all. I tried to capture the colors as accurately as possible in the photo, but they're slightly brighter in person. I swatched the palette from left to right, starting from the top. The brown at the very end is the SCULPT shade from the upper right, and if you look closely to the left of the brown, you can see the highlighter (LIGHT shade from the upper left).
