First, let me tell you about my skin type! I have combination skin that leans dry in spring, fall, and winter, and becomes combination-oily in summer. My skin tone fluctuates between 21 and 22 with a deep undertone. I have super sensitive skin prone to blemishes. Now, let's start the review! Longevity: ★★★★★ Wow, this tint has amazing staying power. Honestly, among lip products, I love Black Rouge the most, especially this line. It's a trustworthy product! Adherence: ★★★★★ The adherence is great, filling in lip lines without settling into wrinkles. It applies smoothly and evenly. If you apply too much, there might be some transfer, but I prefer a gradient look which doesn't transfer at all. After eating, I checked in the mirror and while the inner part had faded, the overall color remained intact. It also fills in wrinkles well! There was no yogurt effect. The color is pink, but if applied too thinly, it can be overly pink, so I either apply it more heavily or mix it with other colors. Also, this product feels moisturizing when applied. It doesn't start off matte, but goes on moistly, so there's no emphasis on dead skin cells. - The doe-foot applicator picks up too much product - When applied thinly, it's too pink for my warm undertone - Not a big deal, but the logo seems to disappear with sweat - While it doesn't stain much, the remaining color due to its good adherence is too pink, so you need to reapply often, which is a bit disappointing. Recommended for warm tones that suit pink well or winter deep tones - ys*****Combination SkinRecommendedJan 10, 2020
I'm not usually a fan of velvet tints, but this one was surprisingly good. It didn't have that typical floating or suffocating feeling. I also really liked the color. It seems perfect for daily use. The scent might be a bit polarizing, I think some people might love it while others might not. - am*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2020
While it's not a natural MLBB lip color, when applied lightly it gives a subtle, natural lip look. The shade is pleasantly pretty and the color payoff is just right. After applying, I was a bit disappointed to find it had quite a strong pink undertone. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 21, 2019
I've always loved using the Black Rouge Air Fit Velvet Tint. I decided to buy it again for this winter season. The shade A25 'Pink Night Cloud' has a slightly toned-down cherry red feel. It's much darker than I expected, so applying it as a gradient looks even prettier. All the colors are beautiful, and I'm completely satisfied with the powdery finish that still manages to be moisturizing. As expected, Black Rouge is a brand you can trust and buy with confidence! The only slight downside is that being a mousse type, it can go on a bit thick. It's essential to control the amount you apply! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 22, 2019
First off, I'm someone who's likely a summer-cool-mute (previously thought I was winter-cool). I'm honored to be writing the first review for this product! Oh my goodness, this is absolutely incredible! I've been eyeing this series for a while, and when the new release came out, I just had to get it. As soon as I opened the delivery box, I was stunned - the packaging is gorgeous, and don't even get me started on the tint container itself! The texture, the applicator shape, the color, the packaging... I could go on and on. Just buy it, buy it twice, please, everyone, you need this in your life! The actual color is quite different from the swatches on the official website, which was a bit surprising. Although I was taken aback by the difference, I'm still satisfied because the color is beautiful. I'd recommend checking out user reviews rather than relying too heavily on the official swatches before purchasing. While I'm happy that the case has a matte finish, the glossy lid tends to show fingerprints easily. But it's so pretty, I don't mind - I'm a simple person! Oh, and about transfer... there's hardly any staining, but it does transfer a bit. The color payoff seems to have a bit more of a cocoa pink tone than what's shown in the photos!
