I've used it extensively - with Hiya's special cotton pads for cleansing, with a foam maker for morning cleansing, as a second cleanse, and for removing point makeup. As someone with blemish-prone skin that feels deeply dry, I've given it a thorough trial. While it hasn't miraculously cleared up my blemishes, it's been gentle on my sensitive complexion. However, I found it wasn't quite enough on its own to completely remove foundation - I felt like I needed something more. Since I bought this hoping it would help with my blemishes, I'm pretty disappointed. To be honest, I couldn't really tell the difference between this and other brands of cleansing water.
