I tried this cleanser because Innisfree products are known for being gentle. It has an emulsion formula with small particles, so make sure to roll it between your palms before washing to minimize skin irritation. It produces a moderate amount of foam and cleanses gently, leaving my skin feeling less dry. On its own, the cleansing effectiveness isn't exceptional. It feels like there's some residue left, so I use it together with a cleansing oil. For best results, use a cleansing oil to thoroughly dissolve makeup before washing with this cleanser. - ek*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 23, 2021
I bought the Innisfree Perfect Sea Salt Cleanser during their 1+1 promotion! Innisfree often has these deals, so it's a good time to stock up. My skin is combination dehydrated with blemishes and excess oil - pretty much the worst-case scenario. I was looking for a foam cleanser that could manage my oily skin while still cleansing effectively, and the staff recommended this one. 1. Cleansing effectiveness: While it might not be enough for heavy makeup, it works great on days when I've only worn sunscreen. Of course, results may vary. 2. Texture: All the Sea Salt line cleansers contain salt granules! The Perfect version has the most, while the Jelly has the least. Just dissolve the granules with water as you massage your face. 3. Review: While it didn't have a dramatic effect on my blemishes or oily skin, the staff mentioned it's the most low-pH option in the Sea Salt line. For a low-pH cleanser, it leaves my skin feeling adequately cleansed, which I like! It has less of that jelly-like, slippery feeling typical of low-pH cleansers, which I found satisfying. There wasn't anything particularly bad about it, but it also didn't have a significant impact. I probably wouldn't buy it when it's not on sale. I recommend working up a rich lather in your hands before applying it to your face. Also, make sure to dissolve the salt granules well.
