I'm absolutely loving Shangpree! Please, let me tell you why. My skin is extremely sensitive with inflammatory acne, redness, and acne scars - it's truly chaotic. Here's a quick rundown: Hydration: It's incredibly moisturizing, and if you apply generously, it has a rich feel. I'd recommend this more for dry skin types than oily. Soothing: My skin usually reacts to everything, but this spray doesn't cause any blemishes. Instead, I can feel it slowly calming and hydrating my skin. I keep it in the fridge for a cooling effect. It feels even more refreshing and seems to absorb better that way. I'm already on my fourth bottle! As I mentioned earlier, it can feel a bit heavy for my oily skin due to its rich texture. To combat this, I've been using it by spraying very small amounts evenly over my face multiple times. The gel formula is key - it prevents the moisture from evaporating quickly, keeping your skin hydrated for longer. I don't really have any complaints about this product. If I had to say something, I wish they'd have 1+1 promotions more often! When there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, I stock up! Now, I keep it in the fridge and spritz it on as the final step in my routine. It feels like it's cooling down my heated face - so good! The ingredients are great too. However, I've noticed it leaves a slightly rich finish, so I'll probably only use it in the evenings during summer. The most disappointing thing is that as I've been using it, the spray function has become... a bit odd. I'm using two bottles, and one of them doesn't spray in a straight line anymore. It's spraying erratically, which was quite surprising. It seems Chantecaille is aware of this issue, as they've included an extra spray nozzle. A product with two functions in one - that's something I've never seen before! It's a mist that transforms into a mask if you spray it on thickly. I was really amazed by this. When sprayed lightly, it's a refreshing mist, and when applied generously, it becomes a nourishing mask. The hydration is excellent, and I love that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. I tried this mist I received as a gift... While the packaging reminded me of old-school cosmetics my mom used to use, the moment I sprayed it, I achieved that coveted 'Inner Glow' look. Unlike other mists that evaporate instantly, this one clings to the skin, providing lasting hydration. It doesn't evaporate but stays on the skin. I'm not sure how it would work for oily complexions. For a dewy makeup look, lightly mist over your finished makeup.
