Are you the one? Buy it right away! I think this is my 4th one that I've lost or used up, but there are no alternatives. It's not glowy or matte, and there's no exaggeration of dry skin either. It's great to use as a pop of color.

1. Color Payoff It's a deep burgundy. It's so deep that it's almost blackish-red. This kind of color is quite rare. And you only need a small amount to get good color payoff, which is great. 2. Personal Color I recommend this to winter cool-toned deep skin tones only. For other skin tones, I'd suggest turning back. If other skin tones use this, it could be disastrous. 3. Texture It applies smoothly and adheres quickly. After application, it has a silky feel - you can't really tell if you've applied it or not. 4. Layering If you use this tint as a base and then gradient a lighter toned tint on top, it'll look even prettier!! It's perfect for lowering the overall tone of the color.
