Pros- Recommended skin type
Dry or to combat winter dryness (not recommended for those who dislike an oily or heavy feeling on the face)
- Texture
While moisturizers are often thought of as having a light, watery texture, this had a fairly dense, balm-like texture, somewhere between a cream and a balm.
- Spreadability
Due to the dense, heavy texture, similar to a balm, the spreadability was not extremely good.
- Absorption
The absorption felt more like it was creating a protective layer on the skin to provide moisture, rather than deeply hydrating. However, there was no heavy, lingering residue when used with makeup.
- Fragrance
There was a refreshing scent, which I personally felt reminded me of Apfeel*. To describe it positively, it had an orange vitamin-like fragrance.
ConsThe fragrance may be polarizing, and the heavy, oily feeling on the face was not accompanied by exceptional moisturizing performance.
TipIt was easier to use by dispensing the product onto the back of the hand, gently rolling it around to warm it up a bit, and then applying it to the face.
