Pros
This was the most effective cream I've ever tried! I had slightly enlarged pores, but they really improved noticeably. It had a bit of a regenerative cream feel to it!
Cons
Those with severe acne may not find it very effective. I would only recommend it for those with large pores. Also, it has a baby powder scent which I found a bit unpleasant.

It is not very sticky and is a soothing cream, so it is full of moisture. Therefore, the spreadability is also good. It is lightweight, so it would be good to use in the summer.

I originally had seborrheic dermatitis, and it was fine most of the time, but it would flare up occasionally. A few days ago, I woke up with a ton of milia-like bumps, so I bought a mild steroid and applied the Bepanthene ointment, and in just 3 days, it calmed down a lot. I usually prefer a refreshing texture and don't use anything with even a little bit of oiliness, but this was just the right amount, not heavy at all and didn't feel drying. I also tried the sample soothing lotion, and I think the lotion would be great for daytime use and the cream perfect for nighttime. I was so frustrated when my skin flared up, but it calmed down in just a few days, and I'm really, really happy about it! I think I'll keep using this from now on!
Cons
If you apply it when your face is still damp, it can feel a bit slippery, so it's better to let the moisture absorb first before applying. The pore-clogging ingredients are a bit concerning to me.
