It was gentle and not irritating at all. Whenever my skin felt irritated or inflamed after applying something, this intensive lotion seemed to be the best option. This product had the least amount of oil among the dermatological creams, so I was able to use it comfortably. I recommend this to those who disliked the oily feel of the famous Estee Lauder cream. It has better spreadability and is almost non-sticky.
Cons
The T-zone area is very oily, so I don't really use products there. (It's not so much a problem with the product itself, but more that I'm the kind of person who gets acne breakouts even from using slightly heavier, more opaque cream formulas due to the excess oil.) It's a fragrance-free, colorless cream that feels gentle on the skin. On days when my skin is irritated, I apply it generously. I also make sure to use it as the last step in my skincare routine even on regular days. Even though it's not a blemish product, it surprisingly helps calm down my acne as well. It's just great!! I plan to keep purchasing it.
