  The texture is thick and applies with a nice, bouncy feel. It absorbs quickly without being sticky, which is great.

  This serum absorbs beautifully without leaving any residue, feeling fresh and light on the skin. I could feel my skin texture becoming smoother after just one application. Its lightweight formula made it perfect for summer use.

  Cons

  When used right after cleansing or with just toner, this product alone wasn't enough to prevent a feeling of dryness. You might need to layer it with a more hydrating ampoule or use it alongside a moisturizing cream. Also, there's a slight alcohol scent when you first apply it.

  I recently purchased this at duty-free. Although I haven't used it for long enough to see the full effects, I've heard great things about it, so I'm planning to apply it consistently.

  Pros

  There's nothing good to say... It's completely incompatible with my skin. At least I'm somewhat relieved I bought it duty-free.

  Cons

  I usually have clear skin without blemishes. While I tend to have sensitive skin, after using this product, the area around my cheeks oddly became red and blotchy. The initial strong alcohol scent also suggests it might be irritating to the skin. Although it's a waste of money, I keep getting breakouts every time I use it, so I can't bring myself to reach for it anymore.

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's sensitive (except in summer), I bought this for its regenerative properties (using it in fall/winter). I'm a beauty junkie with way too many skincare products stockpiled (especially basics... it's bad... I relieve stress through cosmetics shopping). I use products generously to finish them quickly. Morning and night, after toner, I apply a full dropper, not just a drop. Then I layer other essences, emulsions, or creams. Application: Slightly mucus-like consistency, which makes it easy to apply without dripping. Absorption: After an exfoliating toner and regular toner, it absorbs instantly! If you apply too much, it can get sticky and cause makeup to pill. I use one full dropper and pat it in like toner. Note: if you layer a moisturizing essence after (like a peptide ampoule), it can feel sticky. I counter this with an emulsion to create a slight oil barrier and prevent makeup pilling. Alternatively, use a light gel or water-based essence to avoid stickiness. Hydration: Might not be enough for dry or combination skin. The finish is more fresh than deeply moisturizing. Effectiveness: It does calm redness and blemishes, but consistent use is key. I'm slightly sensitive and only feel a tingle when my skin is extra sensitive. Those with very sensitive skin might experience more irritation.

  Cons

  Has an alcohol scent. Can feel sticky and cause makeup to pill if layered with additional moisturizing essences. May sting on sensitive days - patch test if you have sensitive skin. Dry skin types will need to add more oil-based products afterwards. Oily skin types might find it a bit heavy in summer. Slight oiliness develops later in the day.

  Tip

  Morning routine: Exfoliating toner, regular toner, this product, emulsion, then makeup. Evening routine: Exfoliating toner, regular toner, this product, Sidmool Propolis Soothing Gel or Isoi Bifiida Ampoule, emulsion, then cream. Recommended for oily skin to use just this after toner. Using more products like I do might feel heavy for some. In summer, I only use toner and this (and even then, it feels slightly heavy and oily later, so I use it only at night).
