Cons

It's expensive, the ingredients are poor, and the pumping mechanism is defective. Why is this so expensive???? They market it based on the ingredients, but there are way too many harmful components. When I used it once, huge pimples suddenly popped up and I was shocked. It's not because I didn't rinse it well enough - I'm the kind of person who takes 20 minutes to wash my hair. I thought it might be because I was having an off day, so I used it a few more times, but the whole time, big breakouts kept coming up, so I realized it just doesn't agree with me and stopped using it. I bought all the different scents - Ginger Baba, Oriental Blossom, Dark Cinnamon. But the Oriental Blossom also caused too many scalp issues, so I just gave them all to my sister... And for the price range, the pump is really crappy too. When you press it, barely anything comes out - it's defective. And the cooling sensation also feels artificial - after shampooing, my hands even feel cold/hot. An Instagram fashion influencer I follow raved about it endlessly, so I trusted them and bought it, but what a waste of money.
