I received this 29cm shampoo as a gift for my sibling, but it seems to be irritating my sensitive scalp and causing pimples. After checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I found that the formulation is quite poor. There are many allergy-inducing components, and even two highly hazardous ingredients. This gave me the impression that the delivery was done without much care, which is at odds with the brand's image.
