The amount of essence is as generous as the size. It seems like you can use the pack sufficiently even though it's salty. At first, I didn't know and just took it out, and the sheet was soaked in the essence.
I was worried it might drip, but the essence itself was not a thin liquid type. It had a viscous feel. From the second time, I scooped out a little less and used it. I think the whitening and wrinkle improvement effects are not immediately visible, but I think it's fine since I applied based on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's recommendation.

For those with oily or seborrheic skin, it's probably best not to use it more than 2-3 times a week. My skin is sensitive to oil and prone to breakouts/oily/seborrheic dermatitis.
I started using it every 2 days, then changed to every 3 days after a week.
