  The Hemp Seed Deep Cleansing Oil is formulated with purely natural ingredients, offering high cleansing effectiveness while minimizing deep dryness. The transparent bottle makes it convenient to check how much product is left. It comes with a cap that you can remove before use. When I washed it off, it effectively removed even waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Surprisingly, it also cleansed glitter eyeshadow, which can often be stubborn. The cleansing effectiveness is truly impressive! I'm thrilled with how well it removes makeup.

  Cleansing effectiveness: I was pleasantly surprised by how well it removed everything overall. While eye makeup inevitably requires a dedicated remover, this cleansing oil provides a deep cleanse for the rest of your face in just one go. Ingredients: All ingredients are rated EWG GREEN 1-2, making this a truly gentle and skin-friendly product! Those with sensitive skin can use it without any worries. Sebum removal: When removing makeup with this cleansing oil, gently massage areas where you're concerned about sebum. It effectively removes sebum and blackheads! I'm very satisfied, as I believe consistent use will show significant results in blackhead removal. Slipperiness: While it's an oil-based product, so some slipperiness is inevitable, it's noticeably less slippery than other products. After cleansing, there's no residual makeup left. After-feel: As mentioned earlier, it's less slippery and feels refreshing. I'm really satisfied that this one product removes makeup so effectively!

  Cons

  Price: While it's a great cleansing oil with excellent ingredients, the price seems a bit high for the quantity. Not effective on waterproof products: Waterproof eye makeup products, especially mascara, must be removed with a dedicated lip and eye remover!

  Here's a belated review from one of The Hwahae Testers...! I'm not someone who wears a lot of makeup, so this review is based on my mother's frequent use and her feedback. While I found it a bit too rich, giving a slightly greasy feel, my mother loved how the oily texture made her skin feel more hydrated (please understand this is just personal preference as I'm not a fan of very rich products..!) The cleansing effectiveness is great. I use this cleansing oil myself when I wear heavy makeup. Because it's quite rich, you don't need to apply much pressure - just gently massage it in and it removes makeup effortlessly.

  My mother mentioned that the price is quite high, making her hesitant about repurchasing or trying a different product. For me, I felt it was slightly less effective at tackling blackheads or rough texture. Also, due to its rich consistency, I felt it was prone to getting into my eyes, though this might just be me (I do have somewhat sensitive eyes).

  The cleansing effectiveness is excellent, removing not only regular makeup but also quite heavy eye makeup completely. There's no deep dryness, and the finish feels moisturizing without being greasy. It cleanses thoroughly enough that a second cleanse isn't necessary, though I did a double cleanse on days with heavier makeup just to be sure.   I tried using this for cleansing my base makeup after removing point makeup with a dedicated remover. First off, even a small amount of oil effectively removes face makeup. Gently massaging and rolling it also helps extract sebum, which is great for pore care. As I have oily skin, I felt a bit uneasy using just an oil product for cleansing, so I followed up with a foam cleanser. Usually, my face feels dry and tight after makeup removal, but even after using the foam cleanser following this oil, my skin didn't feel tight and remained moisturized. My skin is super sensitive and would typically react immediately if the ingredients didn't suit me, but this product's formulation agreed with my skin. I was also relieved to find no harmful ingredients. I'd consider repurchasing when I run out.

  I used this as part of my Hwahae routine~ True to its deep cleansing claims, it finished the job in one go. I was shocked after washing my face on the first day. It cleans so thoroughly that you might not even need a separate cleansing foam~ Still, I used a bit of foam cleanser just to be sure. Compared to other oil products, this one feels fresher and its cleansing effectiveness is top-notch.

  However, the scent of the product was a bit challenging for me every time I used it. I know fragrance is a personal preference, so it cannot be helped, but for me it was really too much. Apart from this, I am quite satisfied with it.

  Pros

  The scent is truly delightful! There's a subtle hint of tangy fruit aroma too! Of course, the olive scent is predominant. Oh, and you don't need to double cleanse. It cleanses incredibly well! It's really frustrating when you use oil or water cleansers and still see makeup residue on your cotton pad when applying toner, but with this product, that never happened!

  Cons

  I didn't experience any blemishes at all. The only downside to consider might be the price-to-volume ratio.
