Pros
I've been having really, really, really bad lip flakiness, so I've been applying Vaseline thickly and going to bed, trying the Aesop ginger sugar lip mask, and using the Bioderma high-moisture lip balm. However, for getting rid of lip flakes or managing lip moisture, this one has taken the cake... At first, I tried it for 3 days, thinking I was being tricked, but compared to the three methods above, my lips were much better hydrated, and most importantly, I didn't get any lip flakes.... The only thing is that there's a slight stinging sensation when applying it, so I'd recommend doing a patch test first for those with sensitive lips. I hope everyone finds their lip enlightenment.

I originally used a classic jar-type lip balm, but I was curious about the cherry scent and thought the stick-type would be more convenient to carry and apply occasionally, so I decided to try it. I used the Carmex tube product well, but in the summer the tube form seems a bit heavy, so I bought it to apply it easily. Until now, around the beginning of winter, I've used it well. Carmex is the best for maintaining real moisture. I've tried all kinds of lip balms and lip masks like Yuri Ahn, Bioderma, Avene, and Primera, but Carmex suits me the best. Even after applying it, the moisture continues to be maintained and I clearly feel less peeling of the skin. Plus, the price is affordable!

They say that when you apply it, it emits a sweet fragrance around you~~ I also bought it because of the smell. But the smell...it's good sometimes, but not so good other times haha. It applies like Vaseline, and it's more of a coated feeling than moisturizing. The moisturizing is just so-so.. The only advantage seems to be that the smell is good according to the person next to me, not me.

The lip balm functioned really well. Just a quick swipe and it creates a good protective barrier for my desert-like dry lips.

First of all, the scent was not to my liking... It's like menthol mixed with artificial cherry. But the biggest reason for the 2-star rating is the ingredients!!! I had no idea it would be this bad. I'm even reflecting on my past self who bought this without checking.
