Color payoff and texture: 4/5 This lipstick feels smooth and velvety, more like a lip close than a matte lipstick. The coral shade can be applied lightly for a lip close effect, or layered for a moisturizing lipstick look. It's a coral-colored lip close. Great for when your lips aren't in the best condition. Packaging: 5/5 The magnetic closure gives it a luxurious and beautiful look. It's slightly longer than a regular MAC lipstick. If you're not looking for a lip close-like lipstick, you might not enjoy this. The third photo shows a swatch test on the back of the hand. The bottom swatch is one layer, while the top is three layers. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 23, 2020
It's a moisturizing coral lipstick. The case feels more luxurious than other MAC lipsticks. If the color doesn't suit you, it might appear as a floating salmon-coral shade on your lips. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 23, 2015
It's so moisturizing! You know how some MAC lipsticks, especially the bullet ones, have hydrating formulas? Well, this one feels even smoother and more buttery than those. It glides on like a dream and the color payoff is fantastic. I use the shade 'Style Surge,' which is a delicate coral that's perfect for everyday wear during the day. Oh, and the scent is divine - it has this sweet, shea butter-like fragrance that I absolutely adore. The shade I use is a soft coral, which might appear a bit too fluorescent on darker skin tones like mine. Since it's so moisturizing, it can settle into lip lines. To prevent this, I recommend applying it vertically with a gentle tapping motion.
