The refreshing sensation is even better than soda water in the summer! It has a sharp, 'zap' feeling, almost like a punishment. It spreads well on the skin and leaves a clean feeling after shaving. The biggest advantage is the refreshing feeling before and after shaving. When using similar priced ni** products, the shaved area would sometimes feel hot, but this product provides a cooling sensation without any burning feeling. I also consider the fact that it is one of the most affordable products to be an advantage. I believe the performance is at a similar level as other shaving foams. As mentioned by another user, all shaving creams and gels are pretty much the same. I've been using shaving creams and products for a very long time, both wet and dry, and have even bought expensive razors and electric shavers, changing them multiple times. Others may not have issues, but the conclusion is that there is no universally good shaving product - it all comes down to what works best for each individual. This shaving cream is really affordable and works well. Given the nature of shaving creams being used liberally, this is probably the best product. There's no issue with irritation or anything, but it's extremely cooling. In fact, it's almost like a burning sensation. The lather is quite dense.
