The cream has a milky white color and a sweet milky scent, just like cream made on Australian farms. The texture is not thick and sticky, but rather soft and spreadable. I've been using this product for over 10 years, purchasing it directly from Australia and then continuing to use it after moving to Korea. There's nothing better for sensitive skin. It's a holy grail product for me.
