The hydration is decent, and I've been using it for over 3 years without experiencing any blemishes from this product. It's nice that you can use it without any issues. It absorbs incredibly fast, so it dries quickly. Great for oily skin types! You absolutely must apply another emulsion after this, or your face will be covered in dead skin cells.

This toner feels moisturizing and applies smoothly on the face. My dad keeps asking me to buy it for him every time he finishes a bottle! The scent isn't really my cup of tea. It's more like a strong masculine fragrance you'd find in men's skincare products. First off, the generous amount is great. My mom has dry skin, and she's really satisfied with how moisturizing and hydrating it is. However, the scent is quite strong and lingers. Personally, it's not a fragrance I enjoy. I have oily skin, and I notice that when I use this toner emulsion, my skin feels especially rich by evening. Also, rather than feeling like it absorbs well, it seems to evaporate.
