Lathers well. As my first scalp shampoo, it's hard to compare with other products, but it seems to manage my scalp effectively. I plan to try other shampoos for comparison. The fragrance is a bit disappointing... Apart from the scent, it's quite good...

The shampoo helps alleviate the itchy sensation. Perhaps due to the herbal ingredients, it has a medicinal scent. Within hours after washing, my scalp becomes greasy and feels like I haven't washed it at all. There's also an unpleasant odor as if I hadn't shampooed. Moreover, I'm experiencing significant hair loss. While everyone's experience may differ, this product doesn't work for me. Calms down scalp blemishes and reduces dead skin cells on the scalp. I've tried all sorts of anti-hair loss shampoos out there. After using this for just 3 days, the itching disappeared and the flaking stopped. It even helped with my seborrheic dermatitis. Now I only use this shampoo. It leaves the hair feeling a bit stiff. But hey, at least my scalp isn't itchy anymore... I'm using it for seborrheic dermatitis, so the only downside might be the high price? I do a double cleanse... soaking my hair in lukewarm water first, treating it like a therapy session. It takes about a day after washing for the oily, itchy feeling to return to my scalp. Before that, it feels great. The best part is that I don't see flakes falling everywhere when I wash my hair anymore. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about genetic scalp issues.

With my hair reaching my mid-back, about one and a half pumps are enough for a thorough wash. I had severe itching due to seborrheic dermatitis, but after using this shampoo, the relief lasts for a long time - not all day, but significantly longer than before. I'm very satisfied and continue to use it. The fragrance is pleasant, and the cleansing effectiveness seems good. Unlike other products that strip oils to the point of dryness, this one doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff after use. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with scalp itchiness. I'm using this product without any real complaints, but if I had to mention one thing, I wish the scent was a bit nicer. Then again, most scalp and anti-hair loss shampoos have similar fragrances, so it's hard to be too critical about that. During shampooing, I found that working up a good lather with my hands and then using a brush to massage particularly itchy areas really helped. After massaging, I left the lather on for about 5 minutes before rinsing. This method seemed to effectively control the itching post-wash.
