The color payoff is fantastic. The shade complements winter looks beautifully, and it's great value for money. It might be slightly drying, but it's not a significant issue. Just something to keep in mind. - mt********Dehydrated SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 25, 2021
It's great, just plain awesome! The color payoff is legendary. To be honest, I'm not too sure about its staying power though. Staying power? Does it transfer? You can see a bit of dead skin cells too... haha - jh*****Oily SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2021
I love this chili color - it's not too dark, yet not too light like an MLBB shade. It's my preferred tone! They've really nailed the balance of red, orange, and brick. I'm so glad there's no hint of pink. And being a BBIA velvet tint, the texture is fantastic as expected. As someone with a bright complexion that needs high saturation to look lively, I found this chili color to be more subdued than vibrant. It's on the calmer side, which is typical for chili shades. This autumnal shade would pair beautifully with a brown smokey eye look. - ch*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 29, 2020
The color of this is truly beautiful... It's a perfect match for those with warm undertones. Whether you apply it lightly or heavily, it looks fantastic either way. It has that typical Bbia tint scent... I guess that's unavoidable. Also, the texture feels oily despite being matte... that's a bit odd. Since it's a chili color, it has a deep orange undertone. If orange doesn't suit you, I'd suggest not buying this. - yy*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2020
I'm thrilled that the color is so close to what I had in mind! Ever since the chili shade trend took off, I've been collecting similar hues, and this one really hits the spot! Many chili shades out there lean too heavily on the orange side, but this Chiang Mai Chili has a stronger red undertone, making it a uniquely beautiful chili color. It's perfect for everyday wear and doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Even in this hot weather, it doesn't make you look flushed or overheated. The formula is my beloved velvet lip type, so the staying power is fantastic. It doesn't accentuate dead skin cells and adheres beautifully to the lips. I'm extra pleased because I snagged it at a great Independence Day sale price! The Last Lip Velvet line is truly close to perfection when it comes to velvet lip products. With so many shades in the series, you're bound to find one that suits you. Trust me, it's a lip product you won't regret adding to your collection! The scent is a major turn-off for me, unfortunately. It's excessively artificial, so I wouldn't recommend it to those sensitive to fragrances.
