It's quite decent. Perfect for normal skin types. Not too oily, not too dry either. I like that it's fragrance-free and feels clean. I can't really think of any downsides. The price is affordable too. Using it with a hydrating serum seems to help maintain moisture for longer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 11, 2021
The texture feels like it wraps around your hands perfectly, and when applied, it absorbs well into the skin. It spreads nicely without any sticky residue, and provides good hydration without any tightness. The large volume makes it a great value for money product. Those with very dry skin might feel the moisture evaporates quickly, but it applies with a fresh feeling and doesn't seem to cause any tightness. After toning, apply a generous amount to allow hydration to penetrate the skin. Initially, it might feel a bit slippery, but it quickly absorbs, leaving your skin feeling moisturized. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 15, 2021
A hydrating cream that's perfect for combination dehydrated skin. I've tried many highly-rated moisturizers before, but they either pilled on my face, felt heavy, or left my skin dry. This one, however, feels incredibly refreshing. I'm even more satisfied now that it comes in a larger size. Might not be satisfying unless you have oily skin. There's absolutely no oily feel to it at all. In summer, it works well with just a toner. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 18, 2021
It's gentle and wonderful! With the heater making everything so dry lately, I apply a bit even when I go out. Once I put it on, I don't feel dry at all. When applied, it's not oily, but there's a slightly slick feeling. However, that goes away once it absorbs into the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 14, 2021
Just one application leaves my skin feeling hydrated and not dry at all. The lightweight texture makes it easy to apply. It's so sticky that my hair sticks to my face, and everything else seems to stick to it too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2021
I tried this Soon Jung product for the first time because I heard it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. It's great for preventing blemishes and provides excellent hydration. After application, it remains sticky for quite a while, sometimes causing my hair to stick to my face slightly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 17, 2021
As someone who used to struggle with oil and moisture balance, I've been dealing with enlarged pores and facial dryness due to years of late-night work. Regular moisturizers just weren't cutting it for my deep dryness, so I used to slather on cream like there was no tomorrow. With this product, though, I only need to apply it about twice. It's not bad at all! In fact, it's great! After application, it feels a bit too rich, making my face feel somewhat heavy. If you're like me and your skin is super dehydrated, I'd recommend using this as a base layer and then topping it off with another complementary product for that extra boost of hydration! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2021
This product was great for my oily skin type! Previously, I suddenly had a lot of dead skin cells appearing, and even when I applied my usual cream, I kept getting flaky skin the next day, which was really stressful. Then I happened to find a sample of the Soon Jung cream I had received before. I applied it, and the next morning, there were no flakes, my skin didn't feel tight, and it was so hydrated! So after using up the sample, I bought a full-size and I'm still using it. Hmm, I'm not really sure about effects like clearing up blemishes or anything like that. It just really hydrates, I guess? I can't say I notice much else. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2020
Hydration: 4/5 stars Apply a thin layer on dry skin for best results. When applied at night, the moisture lasts until morning. Highly recommended for those with dry skin. Price: 5/5 stars Great value for money. Ingredients: 5/5 stars Gentle ingredients. My skin was rough before, but after using this cream, my skin texture has significantly improved and become much softer. Soothing: 3/5 stars I bought this because it was said to be very soothing. The first night I applied it, it seemed to calm my skin somewhat. However, perhaps I expected too much, as the soothing effect wasn't as impressive as I had hoped. Oiliness: 2/5 stars As someone with an oily T-zone, I'm hesitant to use this. Packaging: 3/5 stars The container is a bit inconvenient. It also seems to attract a lot of dust... It's super cheap if you buy it on Coupang. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 4, 2020
My skin is combination dehydrated with oily T-zone, blemishes, and redness. With winter here, my skin feels super dry inside but oily on the surface. I've been struggling with combination dehydrated skin, but I found a solution! First, I used Etude's Soon Jung Cica Balm to soothe my blemishes. After balancing my skin with just the Cica Balm for 1-2 weeks, I've been maintaining it with this moisturizer. My skin was seriously dehydrated before, but now I don't feel any deep dryness at all - it feels amazing! Pros: 1. Gentle (I've never had any irritation from this product. If anything, it's slightly soothing! My whole family uses it, so it's perfect as an all-family item.) 2. Great value (As a student, I pay attention to prices. I got this large size on sale, so it was really affordable! And the effects are great, so I'm thrilled.) 3. Hydrating & rich texture (It's perfect for my skin - no more deep dryness. It's super hydrating and has a rich texture that absorbs well. Especially when I apply it at night, my skin still feels hydrated in the morning, showing how well it absorbs.) Cons: 1. The packaging could be improved (It's a bit inconvenient and maybe not the most hygienic. I wish they'd change it to a squeeze tube format.) 2. Slightly rich (It's fine overall, but since my T-zone tends to get oily, I have to use less product in that area.) I'm currently using this routine: Round Lab Dokdo Toner > Etude Soon Jung Moisturizer > Etude Soon Jung Cica Balm
