It's great for large pores and those pesky pinpoint pores. The formula feels quite robust. Unfortunately, it tends to pill and disappears when you apply foundation with a brush.

It's for pore coverage, not oil control. It temporarily seems to work by blocking pores, but over time, the effect diminishes... While it's effective for pore coverage, it actually damages the skin... Pores become more enlarged, and it doesn't control oiliness. Only recommended for those with extremely large pores... For those with severe pore issues, this is for pore coverage before makeup, absolutely not for oil control! Not recommended for combination dehydrated, dry, or combination skin types in general. If you're looking for a product that controls oil, covers pores, and improves makeup longevity, I highly recommend checking out my review on powder primers! For those who need pore coverage but find Benefit's product unsuitable or too drying, the Vanilla Co. product is much less irritating and not as matte.
