It's great for large pores and those pesky pinpoint pores. The formula feels quite robust. Unfortunately, it tends to pill and disappears when you apply foundation with a brush. - cj********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessAug 12, 2024
It effectively fills in fine lines and pores. I bought it after hearing it's better for combination dehydrated skin, but it turned out to be quite matte... Unfortunately, it doesn't control excess oil or improve makeup longevity. Personally, it clogged my pores, leading to more oiliness, enlarged pores, and makeup separation. It didn't suit my skin, so I stopped using it. Only recommended for those with extremely large pores! It's for pore coverage, not oil control. It temporarily seems to work by blocking pores, but over time, the effect diminishes... While it's effective for pore coverage, it actually damages the skin... Pores become more enlarged, and it doesn't control oiliness. Only recommended for those with extremely large pores... For those with severe pore issues, this is for pore coverage before makeup, absolutely not for oil control! Not recommended for combination dehydrated, dry, or combination skin types in general. If you're looking for a product that controls oil, covers pores, and improves makeup longevity, I highly recommend checking out my review on powder primers! For those who need pore coverage but find Benefit's product unsuitable or too drying, the Vanilla Co. product is much less irritating and not as matte. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedMay 12, 2024
As the weather got warmer, I needed a product that could cover my pores. A friend recommended this, so I gave it a try and I'm really pleased with it. I'm not sure if I'm applying it incorrectly, but I can't help noticing a bit of pilling. - di**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 29, 2024
It's great! I use it often and I think it's really good! It seems to pill a lot and creates something like dead skin cells... so frustrating! It's best to use as little as possible each time! - jj**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresMar 7, 2024
It smooths out the nose area when applied. Fortunately, it didn't cause any blemishes. That's about it. I bought it thinking it was the Benefit brand, but the original is way better... Certain cushions can clog pores... It's maddening... I'm going back to the original. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 10, 2024
I've been using this for years, and I still love how well it fills in my pores. The way it absorbs into the skin is really nice. If you don't get the amount right, your makeup can look really patchy on top of it. You also need to be careful about dryness in certain areas. - eu*********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 3, 2024
I tried the mini version of this eyelash curler first, but it makes my makeup smudge a bit, even when I apply just a tiny amount. For those who want to try it, I recommend buying the mini size first. It lasts a long time, so it's a good way to test it out. - da********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2024
I had never used a primer before and wanted to try one. After purchasing and using it, I think it's best to apply it in a thin layer. I feel like my skin isn't suited for primers. My skin became super sensitive. I applied it thickly without knowing any better, which was a mistake. This is just my personal opinion, but I recommend applying it in a thin layer for the best results. - ru*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 7, 2024
Love that it comes in a small size, so I don't have to worry much about expiration dates. It's not heavy, feels soft and light, and covers pores nicely. The price is a bit high for the amount you get. If you're looking for high coverage, you might find it a bit lacking. - bm********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2023
There's a reason why it's famous. It naturally conceals pores. It's truly a holy grail product, no doubt! But honestly, I can't find any downsides. I've tried to look for flaws, but there's genuinely nothing negative to say.
