When I used it all over my face, I felt quite suffocated, and cleansing was especially difficult. I'm quite particular about cleansing, and even with double cleansing with a foam cleanser, it wasn't enough, so I had to use a peeling cream twice and then do one more round of foam cleansing. 
I don't recommend using it if your cleansing products aren't properly prepared.

The product is a godsend for expressing the skin well when you have to wear makeup on days when your skin looks bad due to menstrual conditions. The cushion applied smoothly and lasted well. Even though I have a more oily complexion, it managed the oil well!
