When your face is very dry, you can apply it generously before bed and use it as an overnight mask.
If it feels a bit tight, just gently pat it in and it will feel better quickly.

For severely dry skin, it may feel a bit tight at first, but it soon feels comfortable. 
The scent is subtle, which I enjoy, but those who prefer stronger floral or fruity fragrances may not like it as much. It's not an overpowering fragrance.

The lotion applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. Other hand creams can feel greasy and heavy when applied, but the Nuskin hand lotion sinks in after a few rubs, which I really like. It has a lightweight, pleasant feel.
I also use it around my lips and on my cheeks, and it keeps them nicely moisturized.
