Color: As a summer cool-tone who loves subtle lips that pair well with office looks and slacks, this is an appropriate shade. It's a pink-beige with warm undertones, so when applied thinly, it gives a slightly livelier look to bare lips. Even when applied more heavily, it doesn't look severe. Transferproof: It doesn't transfer. Instead of applying directly from the tube, using fingertips or a lip brush allows for a thinner and more even application. This helps with proper amount control, allowing it to dry better, and then it doesn't transfer anywhere. It doesn't smudge on masks or cups. Longevity: True to its marketing as a long-lasting product, it stays on for a very long time. Especially with lighter shades like 'Lead the Way', even if it fades from the inner lips, it's not noticeable and lasts a long time. Dryness level: For my combination dehydrated skin, it's not overly drying. It's better than most tints in this regard. However, you still need to moisturize before and after use. Despite its non-transfer and long-lasting properties, using it daily without breaks can lead to dry lips. Cleansing: It needs to be removed properly with a lip remover. Foam cleansing alone absolutely won't remove it. Perhaps due to incomplete cleansing, when I used it daily, I got blemishes around my mouth. As someone with acne-prone skin, I can't use products that cause breakouts daily, no matter how convenient they are. It's possible that the ingredients might not be ideal. Whether it's the Superstay Lip Ink or this lip crayon, I usually apply them using my fingertips or a lip brush after taking some product separately. This makes it easier to control the intensity for light makeup looks that suit pale colors, and especially with liquid formulas like lip inks, it helps control the amount and allows for better drying.
