I trust this product because it's specifically for babies. Compared to cheaper conditioners, the user experience seems better. The scent is like bubblegum, but my baby uses it without any fuss! Since it's a conditioner, it does feel a bit slippery when it touches the skin. I'm a bit concerned about it touching the baby's skin, so I apply it only to the ends of the hair while the baby is lying down. It's definitely gentler than using shampoo alone. The softness is noticeable. The fragrance seems too strong. I wish it were unscented.

The fragrance is lovely, and it leaves hair feeling soft after use. It's gentle enough to be suitable for children! I didn't experience any blemishes after using it. I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter's long hair as the ends were very rough and split. It's made her hair so soft and smooth! The ingredients are great too. I bought this for my 12-year-old and 8-year-old girls. After trying various products, I heard that to prevent early puberty, it's best to use shampoo and conditioner specifically made for children. So I chose this product known for its good ingredients. We use it along with the Milk Baobab shampoo, and with this conditioner, their hair is noticeably more lustrous. The packaging is also pretty. After my child's hair was severely damaged from perming and bleaching last year, I've been using an additional conditioner religiously. I used to use the Pinkfong conditioner, but when it ran out, I switched to the Milk Baobab product. Contrary to the belief that all conditioners are the same, this one definitely makes the hair softer. While it's not actually repairing the hair structure, some ingredients must be temporarily softening it. At least it makes brushing much easier, which is great. Although it's a kids' product, I think adults could use it too. The scent is like bubblegum and lingers for quite a while after washing. The bottle is quite large, so it lasts for a long time. You can often find it on Coupang for less than $10 during sales, which is a great deal. The scent might be polarizing. My child likes the tangy smell, but I find it a bit strong. Also, when only 1/3 of the product is left, the pump stops working. This seems to be a common issue with pump bottles, not just this product. It's really inconvenient when you have to open the cap and shake the product onto your palm. Despite the inconvenience, I'd prefer if they switched to a tube type or a vacuum pump bottle. My daughter has long hair. After shampooing, it gets tangled, so we use this conditioner generously, focusing on her hair. It's affordable, and my child likes it, so we've been using it... However, I'm looking for another product with better ingredients and a less intense fragrance. As a parent, I'm always on the lookout for hair care products that are gentle yet effective for my daughter's long locks. While this conditioner has been serving us well, I'm considering exploring options that might be even more nourishing and have a milder scent.
