Lips: Natural reddish lips with some fine lines and dead skin cells 1. Adorable packaging I love the cute monkey design on the thumb-sized container. While it might not be the go-to packaging for twenty-somethings, it's undeniably charming. 2. Two color options to choose from You can pick between a light coral with a hint of white and a cherry shade with a touch of orange. It's nice to have options. 3. Convenient size for on-the-go Its thumb-sized packaging makes it easy to slip into your pocket without any bulging. Perfect for carrying around. 4. Gradient effect For the redder shade, you can create a gradient effect by applying it multiple times towards the inner part of your lips. It takes some practice, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Initially, the tones might appear a bit separated. 1. Ingredients While I don't usually obsess over ingredients in lip products, I do worry about potential reactions around my mouth area as I like to overline my lips. 2. Emphasizes dead skin cells Being a lipstick formula, it tends to highlight lip flakes and doesn't blend as naturally as one might hope. 3. Light shade lacks pigmentation As mentioned, the cherry shade has higher saturation, making the lighter coral shade less pigmented and harder to build up. 4. Clumping issues During application, it can clump in lip lines, and sometimes you might notice little lipstick 'chunks' forming. - rm******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 5, 2020
It's moisturizing and the colors are beautiful. The two-tone design makes it so convenient and nice for makeup. I love that there are various shades available, so you can choose one that suits you best. The color payoff varies between different lip balms, so I bought two. I'm using one at home. While the two-tone design makes color expression easy and nice, it requires the extra effort of flipping it over to apply.
