The color payoff is fantastic, the shade range is beautiful, and it's smooth while lasting a long time. There's really nothing to complain about. After trying it, I can only find good things to say. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2022
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's perfect for contouring, especially for my dark and reddish skin tone. It glides on smoothly and blends effortlessly, setting naturally for a beautiful finish. I'll probably stick with this product for a while! The stick format makes it super convenient to carry around too. Well... it is a bit pricey. I bought it on sale at duty-free, but I have a feeling it might run out quickly. - mi*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 7, 2021
I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this. I usually avoid powder eyeshadows due to excess fallout when applying, but I've been using this Bobbi Brown eyeshadow stick since it first came out. It glides on smoothly without clumping, blends easily with fingers, and creates a beautiful gradient effect when you apply two different shades side by side and gently blend the border with your fingertip. Being a cream formula, it's sensitive to temperature changes. In warmer conditions, it feels like it's melting, while in cooler temperatures, it doesn't absorb as smoothly. For a perfect gradient, apply 'Taupe' to the inner part of the eyelid and 'Bark' to the outer part, then gently blend the border with your finger! - ps*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2020
Perfect for adding subtle contours when you're too lazy for a full face of makeup. It glides on smoothly. The price is quite steep. It would be great if they offered half the amount for half the price. - cp*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 27, 2018
I love the toffee shade! It's perfect for my deep undertone complexion! I'm very particular about ingredients in both skincare and makeup. After using this, I'm planning to switch to the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick. - tl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 6, 2018
I use these Bobbi Brown stick eyeshadows daily without fail! The shades are, from left to right in the swatch: Taupe, Golden Bronze, and Golden Pink. The swatches you see are effortlessly applied with just a light swipe. Bobbi Brown's color payoff is truly phenomenal! While I generally prefer high-end cosmetics, I've tried various brands and ultimately settled on Bobbi Brown for eyeshadows. I highly recommend these products - the color payoff and shade range are absolutely worth the price. If I had to pick a downside, it might be that they can break. But honestly, you won't even notice unless you extend the stick all the way out, so it's not really an issue. I use Taupe by applying a single stroke on my eyelid and blending it out. For Golden Bronze, I create a sharp line at the outer corner and underneath the eye. I find drawing eyeliner tedious, so I just use this stick shadow to subtly define my features with a few quick swipes! I use Golden Pink as a highlight on my aegyo-sal (under-eye puff) and inner corners. Its subtle shimmer is perfect for everyday wear. - me****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinApr 3, 2018
This product truly makes you realize the power of high-end eyeshadow! It's a cream shadow, but it seems to crease less than powder shadows... amazing. I use the 'Taupe' shade, and it's perfect for creating depth. Of course, there's no excess fallout, and I'm definitely tempted to buy more colors. First off, the price, the price, the price... I wish I could buy the dual product at duty-free shops. Also, this isn't really a downside, but the staying power is so good that it doesn't come off with just cleansing foam. You need to use oil or makeup remover to take it off completely. If you apply this over powder eyeshadow, it really helps prevent fallout. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2018
I'm using the taupe color and it's fantastic for creating depth and dimension. The application is smooth, and the staying power is unbeatable. When I'm not happy with my makeup and try to remove it... it won't budge! For a subtle look, I sometimes use the taupe shade as an eyeliner, applying it right after my base makeup and blending it out. The generous amount will last me ages! The price makes me shudder. I bought it duty-free, but otherwise, I'd struggle to justify the cost. There are so many affordable eyeshadows with great value these days. So when I'm running low, if I don't have any overseas trips planned, I might look for a similar shade in a more budget-friendly option. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2017
Listen up, everyone! You've got to get the taupe color! Seriously, buy it two, three, even four times! When you're in a rush doing your makeup in the morning, just applying this taupe color alone will make you feel like you've put in a lot of effort! I've bought many stick shadows from Bobby Brown, but after a year, I realized I only use the taupe and golden pink colors. It doesn't crease easily on double eyelids, and the color is beautiful. It's similar to eyeshadow taupe, but it has a slightly redder tint. Keep that in mind! It's way too expensive. I'm afraid to pull out my card when it's time to repurchase... - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 9, 2016
Smooth application and excellent adherence. When I'm in a rush, I can quickly swipe it on my eyes and blend with my fingers - makeup done! It's so convenient. The staying power is great too. Colors like Taupe, Sand Dune, and Nude Beach are perfect for creating a shadow effect, while Golden Pink looks absolutely gorgeous when applied to the aegyo sal (under-eye area). The high price is a drawback. Also, since the stick shadow is quite soft, you need to be careful not to break it while using.
