First, I and my mother used half of the 15 capsules together. The good thing is that it can be used hygienically as the capsules are individually packaged! The cream has a firm, round shape inside the gel-type cream, and you need to mash it and mix it with the gel cream to use. The gel cream feels light, but when you mash the round shape, it becomes a more nourishing cream. However, it's difficult to mix it completely, so the white pieces were unevenly distributed in the gel cream when I applied it.
