If you're like me, with a sensitive seborrheic scalp and hair loss, I recommend using a small amount of the shampoo, then letting it sit on your hair for 2-3 minutes while you wash or rinse your face. This helps the shampoo remove oil more effectively. Using too much shampoo doesn't do your scalp any good, and using just a small amount may not remove the oil well enough, so this method is what I suggest!

It's too thick and heavy... While the cleansing power is top-notch, the thickness is also at the top level. If you use it, it would be better to have a conditioner or rinse as well. I don't use it much because I have neck and back acne, but even when air-dried, it's not as heavy as I thought, though the hair texture is still sacrificed. My hair ends up looking frizzy.

1. The cooling sensation is no joke... It's like pure menthol! It's not that kind of feeling, but when I use it, it feels refreshingly cool, so the usage experience is good.
2. My scalp is a collaboration of seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss, so my hair gets really oily, and I have to wash it with a clarifying shampoo every day. This shampoo seems to have the best oil-removing ability among all the shampoos I've tried. I only need to use it once, whereas I'd have to use other shampoos three times.
3. With my seborrheic dermatitis, the itchiness is still there even after using shampoo, but this one has definitely helped the most! Other shampoos make the itchiness go crazy right after use and again about 3 hours later, but this one significantly reduces the number of times I have to scratch my head.
4. The speed at which my hair gets oily has decreased. Seborrheic dermatitis comes with itchiness, dandruff, and oiliness - the worst combination. Other shampoos would make my hair oily again in less than half a day, to the point where I'd have to wash it again in the evening, and by 24 hours later, it would start smelling bad, like someone hadn't washed their hair for 3 days. But this one keeps my hair oil-free for 24 hours! Compared to the other shampoos that only lasted half a day, I'm very satisfied.
5. The amount of hair I'm losing has decreased slightly. Since I have hair loss, there's not much I can do about it, but it does seem like I'm losing a bit less - from around 50 strands down to 20-30 strands. I can say this with confidence after using it for a long time.

It doesn't have much of a fragrance. It's not unscented, but the smell isn't particularly pleasant to me. But as I've continued using it, I've gotten used to the smell, and since it's greatly reduced my scalp flakiness, the fragrance is not a big deal. I think the pump-style packaging would be more convenient. When I don't control the amount well, too much comes out.

I've had seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp since high school, but it got worse a year after giving birth. The existing products didn't work for me, so I searched and found this. But the more I use it, the more I like it!
First of all, the itchiness and pimples on my scalp have disappeared, and my hair seems to get less oily compared to other shampoos.
Even though I have a very oily scalp, no shampoo can really handle it completely.
And when I don't wash my hair for a few days, it doesn't get extremely oily to the point where no shampoo can lather up properly.
This one lathers up right away, which is really amazing.
I usually do a pre-wash, but the lather is so rich that it's great.
I'll definitely buy this again.

I've tried this line of shampoo, conditioner, and treatment, and the one I was most satisfied with was the shampoo.
