This conditioner can be used on both the scalp and hair, which was great. I have an oily scalp but fine, dry hair, so using essences or conditioners would often make my hair greasy really quickly, which was so stressful! But this product seems perfect for someone like me. First of all, the scent is just right - a refreshing peppermint. The cooling sensation is also just right (I even want to buy the shampoo now 🥹). Honestly, I was worried it might make my hair greasy if I used it on my scalp, but it seems to balance the oil and moisture well - my hair doesn't get too oily or dry over time. It doesn't have a dramatic effect like making my hair as smooth as seaweed, but it does make it pleasantly soft, and there's less static. If I keep using it daily, I feel like my hair will just keep getting better! Using it with the shampoo would probably be even better. 🫶

If you're used to using sweet, fragrant hair products, the peppermint, menthol scent of this product might be off-putting or unfamiliar.

If I had any teenage family members, I'd love to gift them this brand's shampoo and conditioner! I think it would be especially great for young guys to use.

Since I regularly use magic on my hair, treatment is an absolute must!! I have a lot of volume and my hair is long, so if I don't use it, I end up looking like Hagrid from the static electricity. But even using this conditioner instead of the treatment, my hair felt soft and smooth. I know that conditioners, rinses, and treatments are all different, but this conditioner worked just as well as the salon-exclusive treatment I normally use. It was also gentle on my sensitive scalp!! Many have mentioned the scent a lot, but I don't have any particular aversion to the minty fragrance, so I didn't mind using it at all.

I like to use a generous amount of both treatments and conditioners, but it was a bit tricky to squeeze out the last bit from the bottle.

It's best to leave it on for about 5 minutes after application before rinsing.
